Have your say on the Annual Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Family Survey
This survey is intended for families with a child or young person with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) from birth up to 25 years old. Lambeth Council appreciates families' feedback on all local SEND services.
This annual survey gives you a chance to feedback your views about how things are working for you and your child/children with SEND and if Lambeth services are making a difference and improving outcomes.
Lambeth Council are also developing their SEND and Alternative Provision Strategy for 2024 – 2030 and want to ensure families' voices are at the heart of decision making, and therefore would appreciate if you could answer a few extra questions to inform our priorities.
If you have more than one child with SEND, and you want to give your views about each of them, you will need to complete the survey separately for each child.
An anonymised summary of the information Lambeth Council receives will be published on the Lambeth SEND Local Offer page and used to create their SEND and Alternative Provision Strategy priorities. No personal or individual details will be shared.
Lambeth Council wants to ensure you are able to give honest and open feedback and therefore you do not need to give your name or contact details. They will follow the Lambeth Council’s privacy notice.
This is the second time Lambeth Council are running this survey, and they plan to run a survey every year going forward. If you need help to complete this survey you can ask a friend, family member, or someone else you trust to help you fill this in.
