Have your say on Adult Social Care

Lambeth Council Adult Social Care is recommissioning its prevention contract. Preventative services are about supporting people to be proactive about their health and wellbeing. The aim of these services is to increase independence and reduce or delay the need for statutory care and support services. To shape the future contract, Lambeth Council would like to hear from you. Hands in heart formation.

Lambeth Council Adult Social Care is recommissioning its prevention contract, known as the Independent Living and Carers Partnership contract. The contract is delivered by a partnership of organisations working across Lambeth to help those in need. Under this contract, partners provide services that support the community through information, advice, social prescribing, direct payments, carer support, advocacy, befriending and practical support.

These services are an important part of supporting the community to stay independent, reduce or delay the need for statutory interventions, maintain choice and control over their care and have their voices heard.

A lot has changed in 5 years, and so Lambeth Council would like to hear from the community about what the future contract should look like. Please complete the survey to tell us what services are important to you, what Lambeth Council should consider for the future services and anything else you want to share about supporting the community to prevent or delay need.
