Streatham Primary Care Network and Healthwatch Lambeth are delighted to be hosting a:
South Asian Health and Wellbeing Fair
Friday 2 February
11am to 2pm
Gracefield Gardens Health Centre
2-8 Gracefield Gardens, Streatham, London SW16 2ST
This Health and Wellbeing Fair is for patients who have South Asian heritage ie Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi or Sri Lankan heritage/backgrounds.
We will have information stalls from a range of health and wellbeing organisations (see below).
At 12pm Dr Mohammed Haque and Dr Siva Sivakumar will speak about high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes, talking about risk factors and how to stay healthy. Other health staff will be available on the day to give health information and hear from you.
Try some healthy South Asian food from 12.30pm.

- Healthwatch Lambeth – Collecting feedback from local people on health and care services
- House of Wellbeing – Blood pressure checks, glucose checks
- Lambeth Health and Wellbeing Bus – Providing general health information
- National Institute for Health and Care Research – Support patients to take part in health research
- Ordrs – Information about healthy cooking workshops and local food delivery service
- Targeted Health Lung Checks - Information about lung checks for anyone who has ever smoked
