The effectiveness of our dedicated work to improve care is based on resident's feedback, and we thank them for sharing their views with us. This year we spoke to over 1,750 local residents across our various research projects, who each shared their personal experiences with us and contributed to the improvement of Health and Social care services in Lambeth."
